Questions, answered honestly

Do you handle tickets in Scotland or Northern Ireland?
Not yet. The law that makes our strongest arguments work — the keeper-liability rules in the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 — only covers England and Wales. Scotland and Northern Ireland have a genuinely different regime, and the independent appeals service won't take a keeper appeal there. We'd rather tell you that than take your ticket and lose it on law that was never going to apply.
Do you handle council tickets too?
Yes — we handle council PCNs in England as well as private-operator tickets. A council PCN is a different, statutory process: formal representations to the council on the grounds set by the regulations, then the independent tribunal (London Tribunals or the Traffic Penalty Tribunal) if the council rejects them. We check it free and only take it on if we think it's worth running — we make no promises about the outcome. (Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland run different regimes we don't cover yet.) Does appealing pause the deadline?
Appealing to the operator normally pauses the clock on the discounted rate while they consider it. We'll tell you which deadlines apply to your ticket — that's why we ask for the date on it.
What does it cost?
The first 20 tickets we take on are free while we build our track record. After that it's £15 per ticket we take on — flat, win or lose: no percentage of your fine, no subscription. The check is always free.
When do I pay?
Only if we take your case on — and only once the free founding places have gone. The check costs nothing. If we take it on in paid mode, we email you a secure link and you pay the flat £15 on Stripe's own page (we never see your card details) before we start the work.
What if you can't win my ticket?
We only take on tickets we think we can get cancelled. If yours isn't one we can win, we'll tell you honestly and there's nothing to pay — we won't run a hopeless appeal just to look busy. You've lost nothing by asking.
What happens if we lose?
Nothing more to pay. The £15 (once we're past the free founding places) is a flat fee for the work on your appeal — win or lose — and it's never a cut of your fine. We'll never pretend an appeal is certain; some tickets are stronger than others and we'll tell you straight.

Leave blank if you haven't had one. This one matters a lot — operators must post it within a strict deadline, and they often miss it.
Different rules apply to the registered keeper than to the driver, so this changes what we can argue.
Don't include health details or anything sensitive unless it's genuinely relevant to the ticket.
