Do you handle council tickets too?
No — we handle private operator PCNs (ParkingEye, Euro Car Parks, Smart Parking and the like). Council PCNs follow a different legal process that we don't cover in v1. If you're not sure which you've got, send it over and we'll tell you.
Does appealing pause the deadline?
Appealing to the operator normally pauses the clock on the discounted rate while they consider it. We track every deadline for you so nothing lapses — that's why we ask for the date on your ticket.
What does "free" actually mean?
Your first ticket is genuinely appealed free — no catch, no card details. This founding offer is limited to our first 20 drivers while we get going.
What if you can't win my ticket?
We only take on tickets we think we can get cancelled. If yours isn't one we can win, we'll tell you honestly and there's nothing to pay — we won't run a hopeless appeal just to look busy. You've lost nothing by asking.
What happens if we lose?
On the free ticket, nothing — there's nothing to pay whatever the outcome. For fleets, pricing is a flat fee per ticket we handle, win or lose. We'll never pretend an appeal is certain; some tickets are stronger than others and we'll tell you straight.
